Roofsmith is your elite exterior specialist with fully trained and licensed project managers! We offer roofing repairs and replacements, window installations, siding repairs and replacements, and gutter installations. We also offer roof tune-ups for any smaller repairs for a quick fix!

What type of warranty does Roofsmith offer?

As of 2025, Roofsmith is thrilled to cover our homeowners for 10 years with our new and improved workmanship warranty! This takes the stress out of the question. If there are any defects in workmanship, we will send over a certified technician within the week totally FREE of charge. We are also able to offer a 50 year material warranty through Owens Corning protecting your home for life!

How long do I have to wait for my new roof?

Roofsmith tries to work as quickly and efficiently as possible without sacrificing our quality or customer service! We typically install 5-10 jobs per week depending on the weather conditions. Our team insures the homeowner is fully up to date on all progress in our backlog, transparency is important to us!
